You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you contact us within 24 hours and your order has not already entered processing or fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is successfully completed, the eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible because your order may already have entered processing or fulfillment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible because an order may enter fulfillment before the 24-hour period has ended.

A cancellation request is not considered confirmed until Alquimo confirms the cancellation.
